Rum

It is characterised by notes of caramel, dried fruit, spices and vanilla, which blend into a harmonious and enveloping balance. On the palate, the rum is velvety and rounded, with an aromatic persistence that recalls the exotic flavours of Venezuela.

Nicaragua
It presents an intense amber colour, enhanced by bright ruby reflections. On the nose, it offers a rich aromatic bouquet, with sensations of melted butter, vanilla and black pepper, accompanied by notes of baked apple and dates, as well as hints of cinnamon and tobacco.

Rum from Martinique
Agricultural rum that opens on the nose with warm sensations of caramel, candied fruit, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is well-structured and smooth, thanks to the long aging process which also imparts pleasant vanilla notes.

Philippines
Fruity notes reminiscent of candied fruit and ripe apricot, on the palate it retains the recognisability of aromatic components such as hay, bitter orange peel, and cocoa.
