Rum from Martinique
Agricultural rum that opens on the nose with warm sensations of caramel, candied fruit, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is well-structured and smooth, thanks to the long aging process which also imparts pleasant vanilla notes.

Dominican Republic
Woody, dry and buttery aromatic notes. Fruity, floral with hints of cloves and very light smoky notes.

Philippines
Fruity notes reminiscent of candied fruit and ripe apricot, on the palate it retains the recognisability of aromatic components such as hay, bitter orange peel, and cocoa.
