Crystal clear and pure, on the nose it releases floral aromas of cherry and citrus notes, with a spicy touch of pepper. On the palate, it is soft and complex, with a persistent and slightly spicy finish.

Elegant and delicate on the nose, infused with a scent of juniper, followed by floral hints and citrus touches. The taste on the palate moves in perfect harmony between the fresher notes and the warmer touches.

Floral aroma of jasmine and hints of hibiscus, with vegetal and citrus nuances. Fresh, lively and characterful taste, well balanced and very rich in references reminiscent of Japanese tea and green pepper.

Macerated for 7 days, using traditional botanical products such as yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice, angelica, coriander, and matcha. On the nose, it is fresh with citrus notes. On the palate, it is light and smooth with a distinct citrus flavour of yuzu.
