bright red with garnet-tinged reflections, on the nose it releases a very juicy pomegranate, with a little peel here and there
which brings a very pleasant green note to the glass, finishing with balsamic hints of fresh liquorice
silky and mineral on the palate, super persistent!
GEM-SICILIA-ETNA

The star is Croatina, also known as Bonarda, usually made as a sparkling wine.
In this guise, however, it offers surprises: an intense bouquet of very sweet sour cherry in spirit, with a barely perceptible hint of balsa wood.
On the palate, the gentle tannins then give way to a wave of freshness that restores balance, keeping the drinker in suspense, awaiting the next sip

Mercurey, a straightforward Pinot Noir that offers a first glimpse of Burgundy's red wines.
In the glass, crystalline and luminous garnet. Nose of small red fruits, cassis, hints of blood orange and sweet almond.
On the palate, smooth with excellent persistence, a fresh caress and almond notes that come through again!
